All vehicles entering a Victorian alpine resort during declared Snow Season must pay a resort entry fee.
Why is the 2024 price changing for season permits at my preferred resort?
From winter 2024, ARV is standardising the price of resort-specific season permits to provide a consistent pricing framework across all resorts now that they are managed by one entity. This does however mean that in some cases, the price for a resort’s 2024 season permit has been raised to bring it in line with the other ARV resorts, particularly if the price has remained relatively static in recent years.
The resort entry permit fee contributes to essential services for guests around the mountain, including snow clearing operations in resort, ski patrol, village buses, waste management and environmental initiatives to make guests’ visit comfortable, safe and sustainable.

| Seniors (70+) | Seniors receive complimentary entry for themselves if they are the driver of vehicle and 70 years or older. If passengers of the same vehicle are also over 70, they receive complimentary resort entry as well. Any passengers in the vehicle not over the age of 70 is charged at the passenger rate of $21pp |

| Season Resort Entry Pass | $599 online or $785 in person per car. All Resorts Season Passes are now available for $1078 per car |
| Motorbikes | Motorcycles are not permitted to enter the resort during declared snow season, except on days where chains are not required to be carried. Motorcycles are charged at the vehicle rate. (Not the passenger rate). |

Resort Entry Shuttle Bus Service
From $30 per person return* (or one way if departing from top)
If you’d rather not drive to the top, the resort operates a shuttle bus service from Resort Entry during winter season. Children 6 and under are free. A valid resort entry pass must also be purchased. Refunds are not provided if road conditions are clear. The shuttle is not required to access Mt Baw Baw village and is provided as an optional service for customers.
Operates during business hours only.
*Where snow has fallen below resort entry chains may still be required to access the Resort.

Important Conditions of Purchase
Prices are applicable from KINGS BIRTHDAY WEEKEND 2024 until declared end of the ski season. Resort Entry Fees do not apply during the summer months. Fees are pursuant to the number of days a vehicle stays within the Resort. BUS: means a motor vehicle (together with any trailer attached to it), seating more than 9 adults (including the driver) – Road Safety Act 1986. A child on a bus under 6 years is free. All prices are in Australian dollars. MOTORBIKES: Motorcycles are not permitted to enter the resort during the declared snow season, except on days where chains are not required to be carried. Motorcycles are charged at the vehicle rate.
